About the Canton Fair
The Canton Fair, also known as China Import and Export Fair, is famous trade fair in the worldwide, held in the spring and autumn seasons every year since the 1957 in Guangzhou. The fair is co-hosted by Ministry of Commerce of China and the government of Guangdong Province, organized by China Foreign Trade Center. This event is held at China Import and Export Complex located at the south bank of the Pearl River and close to Canton Tower.
Canton Fair is the largest trade fair with the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the broadest distribution of overseas buyers and the greatest business turnover.
What time is the Sping Canton Fair in 2024
The 136th Canton Fair, also known as the China Import and Export Fair, will be held in the autumn of 2024 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. This significant event is divided into three phases, each focusing on different industries:
1. Phase 1 (October 15-19, 2024): This phase will highlight products related to electronics, household appliances, vehicles, industrial automation, and lighting, among others.
2. Phase 2 (October 23-27, 2024): It will focus on consumer goods, such as kitchenware, ceramics, home decor, and furniture.
3. Phase 3 (October 31-November 4, 2024): The third phase will showcase textiles, clothing, toys, medical products, and health-related items.
The Canton Fair offers both an onsite exhibition and an online exhibition (September 16, 2024, to March 15, 2025). It attracts international buyers and sellers, making it a key event for global trade.
