Raw material
Material Inspection
We have inspectors to check the raw material when it arrive to our ware house, to ensure every batch of material is good enough for production. It’s a very important porcess to prodcuce a quality product.
Check the material’s type and quantity, test the proformance and humidity, etc. After all data are OK, then stock in our warehouse.
Normal Inspection
In-Production Inspection
To sure a product’s quality, save material and production time. We have a inspector at every steps to sure the quality of half-finished product. If find any issue, we will stop production, report it and improve the problem immediately.
Finished Quality Control
Inspection before packing
Check the finished product before packing. This step not only check the quality of the products, but also would check the packing materials, include the box, card or tag of the product and the label, barcode or shipping mark, etc.
Inspection before Shipping
Third party Inspection
We support and welcome authorized third party inspection company come to inspecting products. We also have cooperated inspection companies such as AI, QM, TUV etc. And we can help to ask inspection service if you need. But if you have any other inspection company or individual inspector are also welcome.
Inspect here not mean the inspection finish. If you find any defects after you receive the product, welcome to give us feedback and it will be highly appreciated, and we will give you a resonable sulotion. This will be a good way for us to improve the quality.
